Classical Cafe

Female musicians playing violins as part of an orchestra

Sundays, 3pm, once a month at Middlesbrough Town Hall

Classical Café is an opportunity to experience classical music in a more relaxed, informal setting.

The space is set up café style, with small round tables, and we serve drinks and cake prior to the performance, which you can enjoy while you listen.

In support of local classical musicians and groups, this is an opportunity to see what the Tees Valley classical music scene has to offer.

If you haven’t been to a classical concert before, this is the perfect occasion to ‘dip your toe in’. Many of our concerts are child-friendly for families with younger children, and include colouring sheets, beanbags and cushions.
