Mondays, 10.15am – 11.45am, Middlesbrough Town Hall

At Upbeat! sessions, we provide music making for adults with learning disabilities or difficulties. Led by professional musicians Hayley McKay and Andy Johnson, the sessions are friendly, relaxed and built around the participants’ needs. Participants love to sing, dance along to a musical number or keep to the beat with percussive instruments. Carers and support workers are welcome.
