A big welcome to Natalie, our new intern!
Natalie will be with us January – March to support our work. Natalie has written an introduction, which you can read below.
My name is Natalie and I am the new intern for Musinc. I am half Hungarian and half Jordanian, but currently (and proudly) based in the North East.
I have been practising and playing music since I was a child as a part of choirs, ensembles and exploring practise among different instruments.
I am a big believer in music making and that it’s something for everyone to pursue and that there is not a box-standard way to go about it.
I graduated from Newcastle University with a BA in Music and Psychology, and am halfway through an MA in Cross Cultural Communications and Media studies, with that I am hoping that I am able to transfer the skills from my academic pursuits into practise at Musinc.
I am super appreciative to be a part of Musinc for 2022 and be able to shadow and learn from great people in a brilliant organisation.
There are so many active programmes going on that it’s hard to choose which ones to work on and be a part of. I am most excited about getting an insight into the details of running an organisation like Musinc and the delivery of projects and programmes.
