Mondays during term time, 7pm – 9pm

The Crypt at Middlesbrough Town Hall

About the choir

Led by local professional opera singers Emily Smith and David Pisaro this choir is fun, vibrant and inclusive. Open to adults of all ages the choir covers a wide range of repertoire including pop, rock, classical, folk , gospel and traditional. You do not need to be able to read music or have any previous experience of singing. The music is learnt through a mixture of music and by ear and you will be able to join in whatever your previous experience and/or ability.

If you’ve always wanted to sing in a choir give it a try and you are guaranteed to leave feeling uplifted.


7-9pm on Mondays:  25th April – 18th July 2022 (11 weeks) except 2nd May and 30th May

How to join

To join in, the cost is £3.50 per week. There’s no need to book in advance – you can just turn up and pay at our box office each week.
